Overview of Course

his course offers the students to do a non-invasive procedure used in diagnosing patients suffering from or suspected to have heart disorders. An ECG technician, also called as cardio graphic technician, uses electrocardiogram machines to run diagnostic tests to measure a patient’s heart rate, monitor cardiac rhythm.

• Duration of Course - 1 Years
• No. of Seats - 4

Hands on Training

• The student will learn to monitor and test a patient’s cardiovascular performance using ECG equipment
• The student will learn to understand ECG waveform, recognition and interpretation.

Course Outcome

• The student will be trained in understanding normal cardiac physiology, anatomy and blood flow
• Student can find and calculate heart rate
• Identify cardiac arrhythmia and coronary heart disease
