Work experience in big corporate and private hospitals including Fortis Escorts Hospitals and Venu Eye Institute New Delhi and gained considerable professional and administrative job experience.
Actively involved in clinical work in Eye OPD and surgical work in OT including cataract surgery with IOL implantation, Glaucoma Surgery and Retina surgery.
Experience in YAG/ double frequency YAG Lasers /Green- Retina lasers.

From 1996 to 2000 worked as Clinical Ophthalmologist and Administrator at Venu Eye institute, New Delhi
Played key role in setting up Satellite Hospitals(three) in district Faridabad.
Extensive co-ordination with base Hospital for infrastructure and logistics for the hospitals.
Co-ordination with local community development bodies for involvement in patient awareness about availability of Ophthalmic and related facilities in these hospitals.
Aggressive approach in setting up credibility of these satellite hospitals.

In 1999, Approx. 100 surgeries per month target achieved.
Involved in various Ophthalmic camps as Chief Eye Surgeon and Facilitator including Life Line Express camp at dist Shahdol M.P. (Camp in train with almost 300 surgeries in Nov. 2000).

Actively involved in co-ordination of outreach activities including peripheral polyclinics and rural/urban multidisciplinary camps.
Key role in formulating new package for surgeries in the department and increase in revenue/earnings.
Initiated revision in pricing strategies of OPD consultations and procedures done in outpatient.
Represented the hospital in various community programs in district Faridabad and bordering areas of U.P. including the recently concluded Mega Swasthya mela 2007 in co-ordination with Civil surgeon Faridabad.

Currently- Advisor Faridabad Ophthalmic society –a fraternity of Ophthalmologists in Faridabad, regularly organizing CME’s and other associated programmes for the fraternity
Past President IMA Faridabad 20012-13, single largest branch of IMA in North India, involved in organizing regular monthly CME programs with average attendance of more than 200 doctors.
